      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

       

      To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, smoke and/or fragrance free, and contain all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Once the return request is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or at any of our storefront locations.
       
      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
       
      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, items purchased with a discount code or temporary sale items.

      Missing/Incorrect Orders
      We thoroughly review each order before it is shipped, however, mistakes do happen. If you received the wrong item(s) or you are missing an item(s) from your order, please email us at [email protected]. All reports must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. We will correct our mistake as soon as possible!
