Houndstooth customer service has been great! I received my first ever order from them and was disappointed because it was damaged in route to me. They were quick to respond to my sadness and send a replacement. I was so happy because this is a Christmas gift for my daughter. Also, was very nervous when it arrived damaged because of the strict return policy Houndstooth has. Anyway, it has worked out great! I received another one and sent the damaged one back to them. The sweatshirt is great quality. Looks very comfy! I will be ordering from them again in the future!
